Karela FC accuse Hearts of ‘stealing’ player Dominic Eshun
Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of Karela FC youngster Dominic Eshun
The Phobians announced the capture of Eshun on a free transfer after his contract with the Anyinase side allegedly expired this season.
Karela FC have however, indicated that the player in question has a running contract with the club which ends in November 2019 and have therefore accused the Accra giants of inducement
"We(Karela United) have to sit down, plan and fight against what Hearts of Oak is doing to our player because it is against the rules of the game" the club's Communication Director Eric Alagidede told Ashh FM.
"Dominic Eshun signed a two year contract with Karela United from 2017 to 2019 season so I don't know why he should go and sign another Contract for the Rainbow boys whiles he still has a Contract with Karela United"
"At Karela United, we have never given any player one and half year contract. We normally give a player one year contract and the performance of the player will lead to the extension of his Contract after the season"
"Football managers are killing Ghana football because when they buy football boots for a player, then they call themselves managers and if we don't cancel this manager issues in our football, our football will get damaged"
"This wasn't a right way to transfer a player but i will blame the player and his manager and Hearts of Oak team for this unlawful act"
"Hearts of Oak didn't give Karela United the needed respect on the player's transfer and we will deal with them accordingly"
"The cost of Dominic Eshun is nothing less than 80,000gh"
