The workers died when a two-storey building under construction collapsed on them at Okpoigonno in Accra.

According to reports ,one person who was trapped under the wreckage has been rescued and is responding to treatment at the hospital.

The Deputy Public Relations Officer of the Ghana National Fire Service, Billy Anaglatey, confirmed to Class News that a joint team of police and Fire Service personnel recovered the two bodies from the debris.

Meanwhile investigations are underway to determine the cause of the collapse of the building.
