The Magistrate Victoria Ghansah said she got notice of the out-of-court settlement on Monday, July 24 and so would want to settle the details before delivering her judgment.

Jihad Chaaban, a Supervisor at the Marwako Restaurant, on February 28, this year, allegedly grabbed the neck of Evelyn Boakye angrily and dipped her face into a full jar of blended pepper.

He reportedly accused her of fidgeting with the blender and working slowly.
