Top Ghanaian actors on Thursday, October 19, commiserated with fellow actor Nana Ama McBrown who lost her mum, Madam Betty Obiri Yeboah.
Madam Betty Obiri Yeboah passed away a week ago and a one week commemoration was held for her yesterday Thursday 19th October 2017.
Vivian Jill Lawrence, Bill Asamoah, Emelia Brobbey, Wayoosi, Lil Win, Ellen White, Christiana Awuni, Matilda Asare and many other Kumawood stars were spotted at the one week celebration which was held at Kwadaso in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
Even though reports suggest that late Madam Betty Obiri Yeboah is not McBrown’s biological mother, the actress is said to consider her as a biological mother because she played a major role in her upbringing.

Nana Ama's mother Cecilia Agyenim Boateng, and her father Kwabena Nkrumah, divorced when she was young, according to Zionfelix.net.
With her father gone and mother unable to take care of her and her six other siblings, Nana Ama together with her siblings were adopted by Kofi McBrown and her aunt, Madam Betty Obiri Yeboah who died a week ago.
Madam Betty Obiri Yeboah popularly called Yaa Kisiwaa died at age 61.
