Joe Marler has said he will accept whatever punishment comes his way from the World Rugby misconduct hearing into his abuse of Samson Lee.
England prop Marler faces a hearing on Tuesday after he went unpunished by Six Nations Rugby for calling Wales forward Lee "gypsy boy" during their Six Nations meeting on March 12, which England won 25-21 en route to the Grand Slam.
The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) expressed surprise at the lack of punishment over the remarks, which were dismissed as banter by Wales coach Warren Gatland before he backtracked.
Marler, who had an apology accepted by Lee during half-time of the game, wrote on Twitter: "I'm not a racist. What I said to Samson was out of order and wrong and I am sorry it was said, we shook hands at the end of the game and looked to move on. Whatever happens to me tomorrow I will accept.
