Black Stars coaches over the years have had temporary accommodation or had to spend their entire term residing in a hotel while carrying out their duties.

In the end the nation tends to incur huge cost paying hotel bills and providing temporary accommodation for Black Stars gaffers

The Ministry of Youth and Sports after brainstorming to give the issue a permanent solution has secured a permanent accommodation for James Kwesi Appiah, who is currently the coach of the team and his successors in the near future.

The residence situated in the plush Airport Residential Area was acquired with the help of the Works and Housing Ministry.

“The ministry of Youth and Sports in conjunction with the Ministry of Works and Housing have been able to secure a permanent accommodation for the coach of the senior national team Kwasi Appiah,” Spokesperson for the sports ministry Elvis Adjei Baah said.
