It is no news that some people are more accident prone than others, however clumsy people do not have to feel bad anymore as science as found out why.
According to science, anyone who is clumsy is simply that way because they were born with those tendencies.
This does not make you a lesser being and they is nothing wrong just a "slower processing speed and reaction time, as well as lower visual and verbal memory performance," according to Charles “Buz” Swanik, a University of Delaware assistant professor.
Unfortunately, there is no cure for now, but there are exercises that can be done and ways to curb it.
Swanik suggests doing brain exercises that help minimize distractions, stress and anxiety to clear the path between your brain and rest of your body and encourage your brain to adapt.
Other experts, including WebMd, advise that in order to reduce clumsiness you have your eyes checked, be sober and adopt a regular exercise regimen to improve stability, strength and balance.
You can also look into exercises to improve mindfulness and reduce anxiety, either through a physical therapist or by scouring the Internet.
