Want to know how stay in shape while managing a successful career and parenting three kiddos? Ask Kate Hudson; it looks like she's got it down pat.
In a new Instagram post Monday, Kate, 40, shared a photo of herself showing off her super-toned abs wearing a two-piece outfit from her activewear line Fabletics, called the Fluent 2-Piece Outfit . The set pewter crop top and leggings with pink and green accents-and it only costs $34.97 right now for the whole thing. BTW: Kate gave birth to her daughter Rani Rose a mere eight months ago.
Kate shared another photo of herself in the post, too-this time, wearing a slouchy, off-the-shoulder sweatshirt and black cropped leggings, looking just as fierce.

Back in November, Kate shared her plans to drop 25 pounds before spring (like, right now) in preparation for a new movie. ""Id like to try new workouts and eat as healthy as I can," she wrote in the Instagram post, later revealing she was the newest ambassador for WW (formerly Weight Watchers). I wanna do all this and keep up milk production, raise my kids, work everyday, make time for my man, have girlfriend time and stay sane!"
And in April, Kate shared that she was just a few pounds from her goal weight . "Ive done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined," she said, adding that she stayed true to WW.
View this post on Instagram Okay my friends, wanted to share! Im a couple lbs from goal weight! Ive done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined. Ive taken my time, Ive stayed true to my @ww app which I am so grateful for our relationship and that they included me in their family because its an incredible set up. Easy as pie! And I can eat pie... except its anywhere from 9-22 points which is not the best move... I personally go for the 5 point wine or vodka martini for a treat I digress... What I am posting is a huge gratitude post! I feel lucky that my other work life (when my entrepreneur hat is on) is surrounded by the most inspiring people. To every single person in the @fabletics community and every person in the @ww community, you keep me focused and encouraged. I thank you! Yes, active lifestyle I find enjoyable and yes, understanding food is a passion of mine but it doesnt mean that I dont need the support like everyone else. Sharing the little parts of my wellness journey with you makes me feel oh so good. I can only hope that what I put out there can make you feel good and bring encouragement in return. Love, Kate PS I aint done yet! #NoFilter #AndILoveAFilter A post shared by Kate Hudson (@katehudson) on Apr 17, 2019 at 6:31pm PDT
In addition to using WW, Kate is also a badass in the gym, tbh. Her trainer Nicole Stuart shared some of the actress's favorite Pilates moves back in January, but noted that Kate often dances around her house for a quick cardio hit. "I think cardio is really important, not necessarily running a long distance, but doing something that will get your heart rate up which is why we love dance," Stuart said. If she wants to add some extra oomph to her moves, she'll sometimes opt for unexpected weights-like wine bottles.
For a more intense at-home cardio, Kate hops on her Peloton. I spin sometimes but, for me, Peloton is the best no-excuse workout-especially if I only have 20 minutes to spare," she told Women's Health UK . "And I love riding my bike-to me, thats not a workout."
Clearly, everything Kate is doing is paying off. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go buy that pewter-colored outfit she's wearing in her Instagram post.
