Naomi Campbell is one of the original five supermodels, and even at age 49, she looks as amazing as ever. That's partially thanks to her intense workout routine, which she sometimes shares on Instagram. Yesterday, she posted a look into some of her go-to exercises.
In the video, Naomi does walking lunges while lifting a medicine ball above her head. She wears a white long-sleeve shirt with a cropped hem paired with gray and black color-blocked leggings. "Back to business with @ochosystem " she captioned the video, tagging celebrity trainer Joe Holder, creator of the Ocho System, a holistic fitness philosophy.

Today, Holder posted another photo of Naomiin an electric blue crop top set working out at the ultra-exclusive Union Square gym, Performix House . "The key component to a successful workout program, whatever that means to you, is making sure to still have fun. One of Naomis favorite exercises is battle ropes!" he captioned the video.

The model recently told U.K. talk show Lorraine that she started working out about two years ago (giving a sweet shoutout to Holder). "I like it. Not so much machines. Like, circuit training. Its not the same," she told the show, per People . "I need to keep doing different things, and I have a great trainer called Joe that I love working out with. I also work out here at [London gym] BXR, and kind of a community of trainers that come under Joe that work with me around the world when I travel, so I get to keep it up." Naomi also noted that she enjoys exercising because "its good for your mind."
