Shannon Beador is completely crushing it on the fitness front lately, and shes thrilled with how far shes come.
In a new sneak peek shared with Us Weekly for the next episode of Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon revealed that shes lost a ton of weight. Ive lost 40 pounds , and Ive gained a lot of fun, she said. Fun Shannon, BAM, is back.
In the clip, Shannon can be seen hitting the gym with her three daughters, Sophie, 18, and twins Adeline and Stella, 15. Shannon just finalized her divorce from ex-husband David Beador in Augustthey split in 2017 after being married for 17 years.
Im proud of myself, darn it! It was two years of hell, Shannon said in the sneak peek. I shared 20 years with a man and the fact that he has found someone within months of leaving me is devastating.

While Shannon is clearly putting in some solid work at the gym, she credits a new mentality with helping her lose the weight. The hardest work was changing the insides, getting to the mental place where I know Im gonna be okay and then the weight was just, kinda, a lot easier, she said. At a certain point, it just started coming off.
Shannon revealed on RHOC back in 2017 that she gained weight due to stress . In the show, Shannon referenced false claims that were put made about her marriage to David as part of the stress. (Shannon's co-star Vicki Gunvalson accused David of beating Shannon, a claim Shannon denied.) That stress caused me to eat more, caused me to drink more, and thats a huge part of why I gained my weight, Shannon said at the time.
In January, Shannon showed off the results of her hard work in an Instagram photo of herself standing next to an elliptical machine. Getting there she simply wrote in the caption.

BTW: Shannon is also moving on with her love life, too. Earlier this week, Shannons RHOC co-star Tamra Judge shared a photo on Instagram of Shannon kissing her new boyfriend, John Janssen, writing that the couple were in love.
