A school staff who is accused of having sexual relationship with a male 15-year-old student will spend 58 days behind bars.
Patience Perez, a former Virginia Beach School employee, has pleaded guilty and apologized for her actions.
Perez was sentenced to two years behind bars but the judge partially suspended the sentence, leaving 58 days.
She will start serving her term on Monday, May 25,
Perez was originally charged with trying to hire the teen to kill her husband, before prosecutors dropped that charge.
She is now expected to maintain good behaviour for three years and have no contact with the boy.
