DSTV increases bouquet prices yet again; outrages customers

DSTV formerly blamed previous increments on the depreciation of the Ghana Cedi, it is however unclear what this current increment is owed to.
 
 

Pay television company, DSTV has increased its rates beginning October 2015, much to the dissatisfaction  of some customers in the country, who have taken to social media to vent their frustration over the frequency of increase in price.

From the 1st of October, 2015, thewhich used to be is now going for , and Access Extra View which  used to be 85 is now GHC95.

For Family bouquet, Single View which used to be GHC85 is now going for GHC95,  and the extra view which used to go for GHC125 is now going for GHC140.

which used to be 148 now goes for 160, and the Extra View which used to go for 188 now goes for 205.

The monthly subscription for was GHC236, but from the 1st of October it will go for GHC265, and the Extra View will go for GHC267 and will increase to GHC310.

Finally, Premium Single View which currently goes for 359 is now going for 395, and the Premium Extra View which currently goes for GHC399, currently goes for GHC440.
