“We will beat and continue to beat until someone loses his life”
Yakubu Moro, the President of Berekum Arsenal and some fans of the club over the weekend were allegedly attacked in a division league game against B.A United in Sunyani.
The Berekum Arsenal fans, who have the believe that the Ghana Football Association cover up for the Sunyani fans any time they take the laws into their own hands have plotted to retaliate.
“What happened at Sunyani will also happen at Berekum. We don’t have any issues with Bofoakwa, but rather we have problems with residents of Sunyani,” aggrieved supporters of Berekum Arsenal told Moon Light FM.

“However, if the supporters don’t come for our encounter against them, we will beat the players and the technical team. Even if we don’t meet at Berekum, we will ambush them at Japekrom and beat them like what we did to Techiman City.
“We will beat and continue to beat until someone loses his life, because the GFA has made us aware that whenever the people of Sunyani assault any side, no punishment would be meted out to them, so we will also do that,”
Sunyani is the home grounds of two traditional clubs, Bofoakwa United and B.A United, who are both in the same zone with Berekum Arsenal.
