Fans attack him for leaving Nigeria a day before elections

Fans react to Davido jetting off to perform in Kenya when the Nigerian elections will be holding tomorrow.

 

Top Nigerian pop star is under attack on social media for leaving Nigeria a day before Nigeria's major presidential elections on March 28, 2015.

Davido who took to his Instagram page to show that he and his HKN crew are flying private jet to Kenya where he will be performing tomorrow came under scrutiny based on the fact that we will not be voting tomorrow.

Here are some of the comments:

Celebrities Basketmouth, Olamide and Wizkid also faced a lot of criticism when they were set to perform in London on February 14, 2015, which was the initial date for the general elcections until it was moved ot March 28, 2015.

As Davido jets off to Kenya, Banky W whose birthday is today landed in Nigeria tweeting that he is back in time to vote.
