A 41-year-old Missoula man is facing charges of an alleged sexual encounter with his girlfriend's dog after his girlfriend’s sister found the dog “humping” him on the floor of her home.
According to Mirror Online reports, police claim Kenneth Kellmer was discovered by the stunned woman on his hands and knees with his pants down engaged in the shocking sexual act with the three-and-a-half-year-old dog.
According to court documents, the vile act took place at the home in Missoula County, Montata, earlier this year.
The documents said: "On or about the 21st day of February, 2015, Missoula City Police Officer Campbell spoke with a woman (complainant) about a report she wanted to make regarding her sister’s boyfriend, Kenneth Kellmer.
"Complainant stated earlier today she returned to her home in Missoula County to find Kellmer insider her home.
“Kellmer was on the floor, on his hands and knees, with his pants down. She saw her dog, a 3.5 year old husky, "humping" Kellmer."
Kellmer faces one felony count of deviate sexual conduct after being arrested on Sunday after a warrant was issued on March 26.
The 41-year-old appeared in court on Monday and was released without bail, but on a pledge to reappear in court for later hearings.
The judge also barred him from having any contact with any dogs or cats – including his own six pets.
The owner of the husky that was allegedly assaulted by Kellmer told the court: "They have a house full of animals, ma'am.
"They have umpteen amount of dogs, cats (and) rats."
Kellmer is due to reappear in two weeks, and if found guilty, faces at least 10-years in prison and up to a $50,000 (£34,000) fine.
