Four Wisconsin Students Charged With Sexual Assault

Four Wisconsin middle school students are facing sexual assault charges after engaging in a sex party, at a home over the holidays.

The students (whose identities are withheld), who attend Brown Deer Middle School in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, might be as young as 13-years-old and reportedly recorded the incident on their phones. The Police have suggested that the teens should be charged with first and second-degree sex assault of a child, Police Chief Michael Kass from the Brown Police Department revealed. "These kids got together and one of them told a teacher in January about the sexual activities that took place," Kass says. "They can't consent to sex because of their age, so we think they violated the law." According to People.com, The Brown Deer School superintendent said that it's not a school matter because the alleged assaults took place off campus. "We are deeply troubled to learn that four Brown Deer students have been arrested for sexual assault in relation to a situation that happened off school property," Superintendent Deb Kerr said. "This situation was originally brought to the attention of the school administration by other students who were concerned for the safety of the students allegedly involved." Kass says that police have completed their investigation and don't believe any adults were involved. He also says they haven't heard yet whether the students will be charged.
