The crowd in this video has become the executor of the law via mob justice-only that this law is a direct and indisputable violation of human rights, taking life without due process and thereby putting the rest of society at risk for the same.

Woman Beaten To Death By ANC
The two-minute video shows a woman in an orange T-shirt on the ground being kicked and pummelled with the back of an axe. Some of the people in the crowd are wearing ANC T-shirts.

“We have seen the video, it looks a bit old,” spokesperson Lieutenant-General Solomon Makgale has dismissed. He ccontinued to say, “It does not seem to have happened recently.”
South Africa's Star newspaper reported that the video was posted by Adriana Stuijt, a journalist staying in the Netherlands.
Stuijt had apparently told the paper the attack took place on election day and that the woman was a COPE member. She was quoted as saying the attack took place in Gauteng, where violence was still continuing following the election.

“We still need to establish its authenticity because no one seems to know where it comes from,” Makgale said. He appealed to anyone with information about the video to contact the police.
