But most people, however cross they are at having been hurt so badly, do not chop off the penis of their husband with a pair of scissors. Twice. Some people, however, do. Like Feng, a 30-year-old woman from China.

According to reports, her 32-year-old husband – a father of five – used his wife’s phone to send illicit emails to his 21-year-old lover. But because he’s clearly a div, he forgot to log out of his email account, leading to Feng discovering his two-timing antics.

But upon further inspection, her husband’s two-timing revealed itself to be three, four, and possibly even five-timing. So it’s understandable that this information multiplied her levels of rage. But we stop understanding when we learn that Feng did not go and cry and eat ice cream with her best friend, as most people would do. Instead, she grabbed a pair of scissors, went into the bedroom where her husband was sleeping, and snipped off his willy.

The poor man was rushed to hospital after he awoke to find himself looking – er, less of a man – where they sewed his penis back on.

Close shave, you’re all thinking. But Feng wasn’t willing to stop there. Because she then snuck into her husband’s hospital room with her infamous scissors and proceeded to cut it right back off again.

This time, throwing his addendum out the window so there was a significantly reduced chance of doctors being able to re-attach it again.

A spokesperson from the hospital, who probably couldn’t believe the words he was having to utter, said:”The first we were aware of what happened was when someone came into the reception area to say a naked man was beating up a woman outside the hospital.

“Staff rushed out to see what was happening and found the patient with blood streaming down his legs hitting the woman.

He was stopped and the woman was taken in for treatment, and then we discovered she had chopped his penis off again.” “…and then we discovered she had chopped off his penis again!” sounds like the punchline to a very bad joke.

Which it probably was, for him. It seems Feng’s got a good overhand throw on her, because – hard as they tried – police and hospital staff just couldn’t find the penis for love nor money. It goes without saying that Feng is now facing charges for grevious bodily harm.

But it’s not all bad; there’s a slight happy ending to this story. One of the husband’s lovers reportedly rushed to his bedside following the attack, declaring that she would marry him as soon as possible.

And in what’s probably the most romantic reason in the world for loving someone in the face of adversity, she said: “It doesn’t matter that he’s lost his fertility, he has five children already.”
