Ingredients

  • Plantain
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Method

  • Peel fingers of plantain and wash in salt water.
  • Heat enough oil under medium heat.
  • Slice plantain into preferred sizes.
  • Gently put sliced plantain into the oil.
  • Check after 4 - 7 minutes, remove put on clean tissue.
  • Allow to cool and serve with roasted peanuts.
