In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD punctures a steatocystoma thats ready to burst. The result is a seepage of coconut oil-like goop out of the chest cyst that's particularly disgusting and oddly satisfying.

In the clip, the growth, which Dr. Lee says is very superficial on the skin, is easily punctured with a scalpel. Once the skin covering the cyst is broken, the oily contents comes flowing out like a grotesque river.

This is why I dont get creamed filled donuts, one popaholic commented on the video. Another commenter compared the pop to condensed milk.
