Economist, Dr. Adu Sakodie has charged government to dedicate all petroleum revenue to priority projects aimed at addressing Ghana's infrastructural deficits.

The economist does not understand why the country will commit money into a heritage fund which is essentially funds committed for the next generation,and a stabilisation fund which is essential dedicated to budget support.

There have been public concerns over dwindiling international oil prices which have caused a 60 per cent in projected oil revenues. This has ensured that the Ghanaian government did not allocated funds to the heritage and stabilisation funds as stipulated by the Petroleum Revenues Manangement Act.
