This Ghanaian has been jailed for 11 years in Germany for rape

Eric was sentenced to 11 years, six months in jail for attacking a couple and raping a 23-year-old young lady.

“If the court says the DNA fits, then I must call the girl a prostitute. Everyone who supports this girl who claims to be raped being the dirtiest man on earth,” he continued.

But that did not have any effect on the 11 years, six months jail term handed the Ghanaian by the Bonn regional court on Thursday, October 19, 2017.

Eric was in court for attacking a camping couple (23 and 27 years of age), threatening and raping the young woman.

The Ghanaian had denied any wrong doing since the case started despite the prosecutor’s office demanding 13 years in prison.

On the night of April 2, Eric, who is a rejected asylum seeker attacked a couple who was camping in the Bonner Siegauen. The Ghanaian cut the tent with a saw, robbed the couple and raped the 23-year-old young lady.

Evidence during his trial was overwhelming despite Eric’s denial. Among other things was a sperm test involving the rape victim with a probability of over 30 billion to one.

Dr Wolfgang Schwachulla, an expert in the case certified that Eric was fully responsible for what he’s being accused of and was highly dangerous.
