The celebrated actor, on Sunday 21 January, posted a photo of a lady’s hands with an engagement ring with the caption, "she said yes”.

Fans of the actor especially the female kind did not take the news lightly as many ladies commented that the actor had broken their heart.

In a recent interview with Awake Showbiz, Mr. Dumelo clarified that he was not engaged.

“Not true ooo, I beg”, were the actor’s words and he explained that his friend rather was the one who got engaged.

“My friend rather got engaged and I posted it online”, he said.
