Speaking at the launch in Accra on Thursday, October 19, 2017, the Communication Minister, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful said strategic measures have been put in place to address challenges that may come up with government digitising the economy.

The introduction of the E-certificate, according to the Registrar General’s Department, will help reduce the hardship prospective company owners go through in registering businesses, reduce human interface and cut down on unapproved fees associated with registration.
