If the phone is in the list and is running Windows Phone 8.1, you must download the application "Windows 10 Upgrade Advisor App " from the Store and launch it.

Then just keep your smartphone connected to the electrical mains and connect your Wi-Fi or home network to quietly download the update. Once the download is complete, go in the menu "Settings " from your smartphone and select "Update ".
