Former President John Mahama has advised Ghanaians to always exercise to keep them healthy.

Mahama who turns 59-years today in celebrating his birthday said I "woked up to see lots of messages of good will and wishes of good health on his birthday and will like to Thank all Ghanaians who sent him the messages.

According to him, the day feels like any other day though.

"Spent the morning in the gym, working out to keep healthy. Remember to exercise to keep healthy.
Ghana needs you alive," he said in a Facebook post.
