The incident happened a couple of hours ago after the man (name withheld) withdrew from a bank.
Eye witnesses said the money was in a polythene bag along with a phone when four men on two motorbikes snatched the bag in broad daylight shortly after he walked off the bank premises.
The following Thursday, another fell victim to the robbers who escaped with 2,000 cedis.
Accra and other parts of the country has been witnessing an incessant robbery attacks within the past month.
