Another French footballer has been mentioned in the blackmail case with the use of a sex tape which has Mathieu Valbuena in it.
Karim Benzema was arrested and charged for being part of a plan to blackmail Lyon midfielder Valbuena with a sex tape while former Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse was questioned last month before being released without charge.
According to French publication Le Monde, Nasri offered to play the role of intermediary between Valbuena and the blackmailers.
The blackmail case began in June, when Valbuena lodged a complaint with police after being telephoned by a man who said he had the sex tape.
