The much anticipated Soulja Boy-Chris Brown celebrity bout is off.

The 26-year-old Rapper Soulja Boy, real name DeAndre Cortez Way, took to twitter on February 20 to confirm the cancellation of the bout between himself and 27-year-old singer Brown.

The fight was reportedly meant for both musicians to settle their differences following a longstanding social media feud.

The duo agreed in January to a sanctioned pay-per-view fight that would last for three rounds, with Soulja Boy seeking expertise initially from Floyd Mayweather and later from Evander Holyfield.

Chris Brown, on the other hand, turned to Mike Tyson for some pugilistic tips.

Meanwhile, Soulja Boy, in a series of tweets, has called out Chris Brown, accusing him of chickening out.
