The board is made up of the following members, Ambassador Isaac Osei, Hon Kofi Brako, John Boadu, Dr William Abayaawiea Atuilik, Mrs Edith Sapara-Grant, Seth Achamfour-Yeboah, Leon Kendon Appenteng, and Nene Abayateye Amegatcher.

Speaking at the swearing in ceremony, Mr. Agyarko reiterated his commitment to work towards ensuring the success of  the refinery.

Chairman of the Board Mr Tongeaan Kugbilsong Nanlebegtang was also thankful for his appointment to the board and assured the sector minister that he will put measures in place to revamp Tema Oil Refinery.
