NSMQ winners given GHc 25,000 by Dr. Duffour

This is the fourth time the Amanfoo are lifting the trophy

The 2017 winners of the National Science and Maths Quiz have received a donation of GHC 25,000 from former Finance Minister, Dr Kwabena Duffuor.

Dr Duffuor, who is a former student of the winning school, Prempeh College on Thursday had lunch with the winners at the Tang Palace Hotel after which a cash amount of 25,000 Ghana cedis was presented to the Headmaster of the school on behalf of the students.

He also urged the students to make God first in all their endeavours and also make Prempeh College proud.

Prempeh College beat Adisadel College and St. Thomas Aquinas in the final of the NSMQ2017 at the national theatre last two weeks.
