Kim Kardashian, 34, has opened up about her journey to conceiving her second child in an interview with Glamour magazine. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star, revealed she knew of the pregnancy two weeks before she broke the news on the mid-season of the reality show.
Kim confirmed her pregnancy simply saying: 'We are so beyond excited... The waiting and waiting has been a roller coaster".
The mother-of-one, opened up about how motherhood has changed her life.
Kim said, "It’s been the biggest lesson, and the biggest joy of my life. North has taught me patience. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for her. "And nothing I wouldn’t do for my husband".

The star revealed that her attitude to fame has changed thanks to her role as a mother saying: "Now I enjoy my family time so much, there is this sense of, If it all went away, and I was just a mom, I would love my life".
