UK pop artiste passes away at 24

In 2006, Lil Chris took part in the U.K series Rock School. He released two albums in his career.
 
 

Lil 'Chris (Chris Hardman), a British pop-rock singer-songwriter has passed away. He was found dead in Lowestoft, Suffolk on Monday March 23. He passed away at the age of 24.

The cause of death has not yet been revealed.

In 2006, Lil Chris took part in the U.K. series Rock School. The show led to the creation of a rock group from a class of adolescents. Lil' Chris was chosen as the lead vocalist of the group.

This led to a deal with RCA Records. His first single 'Checkin Out' hit the third spot on the Official Singles Chart in the UK. in 2006.

His debut album which was self-titled dropped in 2006 and the follow up What's It All About was released in 2008.

Just before his death earlier this month he tweeted "thinking about quitting music forever...there has to come a time eventually when I have to face reality. I'm just not good enough."
