Kumasi City Mall to be opened for business next month

The US$95million Kumasi City Mall is set to open on April 20, 2017, South African property developer and investor, Atterbury Property, has announced.

The property developer, Atterbury said the mall would provide people in Kumasi and its environs a one-stop environment for shopping and entertainment.

The Mall, with a potential for a future 10,000m² expansion, will be managed by AttAfrica.

Its anchor tenants include Shoprite and Walmart brand Game Stores. The facility also has a retail mix including food, convenience, banking, services.

There will also be fashion, electronics and a cinema, club and children’s games for entertainment.
