Kanye West is known for his cozy, athleisure-leaning style. It even appears it’s only at weddings and awards ceremonies he is not wearing sweatpants or a hoodie. However, it seems the designer is trying out the 80s skater boy look.
Aside from making some of the most comfortable sneakers on the planet with his Adidas collaboration, he designs some pretty controversial clothes but instead he has opted for a new kind of swagger that's been a favorite amongst teens across the world since the late '80s—skater style.
Kanyeis quite familiar with NYC-based skate label Supreme, but in recent months he seems to be wearing more of it, from a Supreme x Independent hoodie to a collegiate-inspired graphic tee.
Last night, Kanye sent out a photo of himself and Kendrick Lamar where he was not only wearing a rare Supreme T-shirt , but also a pair of Vans Caballero sneakers, the definition of any skate kid's wardrobe.
