- Snails
- Powdered pepper
- Tomato puree
- Onion
- Stock cube
- Vegetable oil

Method
- Put the cleaned snails in a pot and pour water to cover them.
- Add the stock cube, blended onions and cover to cook for 20 - 30 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil till hot. Add onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- A crushed seasoning, pinch of salt and stir-fry for 3- 5 mins.
- Add the cooked snail. Stir very well and add more salt if necessary.
- Thread snails and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
