In a video posted on Saturdaythe day the country went into a total lockdown to protect themselves from the spread of a personal trainer named stood on the rooftop of his apartment building and coached the other residents in his apartment complex through a standard workout routine; he led them through a series of jumping jacks, squats, and lunges.
