Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , is quite the businesswoman. She runs her dermatology practice, launched a skin care line, stars in a reality TV show, and she keeps all her fans oh so happy on social media. Phew, you'd think that would be enough for one entrepreneurial lady.
But, Dr. Pimple Popper is digging into a new business venture in her latest Instagram video. Her patient has a huge cyst, and if you watch closely it's related to the new business opp. Dr. Pimple Popper adds in the caption: "More than meets the eye! #drpimplepopper"
The video starts with Dr. Pimple Popper rummaging around behind her patient's ear. There's clearly a whole wad of gunk stuck in a blackhead or a cyst, and she's determined to get it out. Dr. Pimple Popper tries multiple times, but the gunk doesn't move.

Finally, she uses her scalpel and scrapes away at the dark blob. It's thick and solid, but it slowly starts moving. All of a sudden, it's all out and dangling on the end of her scalpel blade.
It doesn't look like the usual insides of a cyst, though. Her fans are curious and ask, What was that? Others offer their own theories in the comments: "She just pull a June bug out?" Nope, but Dr. Pimple Popper does suggest a new occupation: diamond smuggling. Yep, she tells her patient, "You were storing something in here. You could smuggle diamonds."
The Popaholics watching along are impressed, natch. "Wow! Theres always so much more than you initially think there is." There's so much more to the pops and so much more to Dr. P, too.
