Founder and leader of Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Akua Donkor, has proposed death penalty for any man who would be arrested for raping a minor.
In her opinion, there is nothing sexually attractive on young girls so men who forcibly have carnal knowledge with such girls should be executed.
In the same light she observed with cringe how some ladies in society dress these days. She noted that some rapists are moved to commit their heinous crimes only because the are enticed by the semi-nudity portrayed by various ladies on the streets these days.
The former contestant in the presidential race in 2012 noted that these form on dressing is "not part of Ghana's culture" stressing that it was the influence of foriegn culture that pushes women to dress this way.
The GFP leader also noted that, as Ghana's president, she would try her best possible to ban mini skirts and enforce the Islamic way of dressing. This claims this will reduce the upsurge of rape cases in the country.
