AS Roma has started preparation for next season with the unveiling of their new home kit.
The Italian capital is hoping that the new kit which has been designed based on the unity and strength of the iconic Roman Empire soldiers will be inspire them to challenge for the Serie A and UEFA Champions League.
"AS Roma have unveiled their new Nike home kit for the 2015-16 season with powerful inspiration drawn from the Italian capital," Roma's official website said about the Nike kit.
"Taking inspiration from the armour worn by Roman soldiers, the new home kit is designed to create a powerful look on the pitch.

"The team will emerge from the tunnel dressed for battle, ready to perform as a legion and illustrate the strength rooted in their commitment to the collective."
The home kit is complimented with a matching socks white shorts.
Photos used for the promotional materials see players like Kostas Manolas, Radja Nainggolan, Francesco Totti, Daniele De Rossi and Davide Astori modelling the new kit.
