Former Sunderland striker Gyan joined the Chinese Super League outfit from United Arab Emirates club Al Ain last summer, signing a contract worth a reported ÂŁ227,000 per week.
He has scored seven goals since moving to Asia and earned 95 caps for Ghana during his career.
