This is not to stay the men are not bringing out their best when it comes to inspiring and motivating the youth to achieve their dreams or follow in their footsteps.

But they say when "you educate a woman, you educate a nation" and these women are living their lives as mentors for Ghanaians and beyond.

Peace Hyde

Peace Hyde is a British Ghanaian TV personality and media entrepreneur.

She is the founder of Aim Higher Africa, a not for profit dedicated to enriching the standard of education for students by incorporating the use of ICT in the learning environment.

The 32-year-old is also the Forbes West Africa Correspondent. In 2017, she was appointed the new Head of Digital Media and Partnerships for Forbes Africa covering the West African region.

Nana Aba Anamoah

Nana Aba Anamoah is a journalist and TV presenter.

The TV presenter has won many awards including the 2017 RTP Personality of The Year, Female TV Newscaster of the Year and Female  Presenter of the Year .

Berla Mundi

Berla Mundi, real name, Berlinda Addardey is one of the most sought after Radio and TV hosts across Ghana. She is the face of the entertainment show Rythmz and host of lifestyle and magazine show, Glitterati which dwells on the lives of celebrities across the continent. The Glitterati show won TV Entertainment Show of the Year at the 2017 Radio and Television awards.

She made her debut in the movie industry in 2014 in ‘Single, Married and complicated’, produced by award-winning Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson.

Berla was described as the 21st most influential young Ghanaian in the year 2016 by Avance Media Ghana.

Anita Erskine

Anita Erskine-Amaizo is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, TV and radio presenter. Anita holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Studies from Trent University.

Anita's first appearance on Ghanaian TV scene was in 2006, hosting TV3's Mentor. She was a presenter on DSTV Studio 53 where she hosted TV shows; Making of a Mogul, Pamper Your Mum and Cooking With.

In Ghana, she was once a Corporate Communications Director of Tigo owned by Millicom. Currently working with Starr FM, Anita also won Radio Female Presenter of the Year at the just ended RTP awards.

Gifty Anti

Oheneyere Gifty Anti is ace broadcaster, gender advocate, decorated feminist.

The 47-year-old is the host of Standpoint programme; which discusses issues affecting women on Ghana Television.

Gifty Anti had her basic education at Tema community 8 "Number 1" Basic School. She then proceeded to Mfantsiman Girls Secondary School. She is an alumnus of the Ghana Institute of Journalism.

Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku

Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku is a Ghanaian Actress and Radio/ TV Broadcaster who started her media career with the EIB group.

She had her education at Daras Preparatory School in Teshie, then to Benkum Secondary School in Larteh Akwapem.

The 28-year-old had her bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Ghana Institute of Journalism and went further to the University of Ghana Faculty of Law to pursue a Law Degree.

Naa Ashrokor was the host of  Tales From The Powder Room, Starr woman and the Zone (GHOne TV). She was also the host for one of Ghana's most celebrated beauty pageants, Miss Malaika Ghana.

Deloris Frimpong Manso

Mostly referred to as Delay in the Ghanaian entertainment industry, the showbiz gem ascribes all the titles CEO, producer, presenter, writer, innovator and entrepreneur, countless list folks!

From her exclusive talk shows with celebrities which always serves media houses worthwhile contents to her boutique. Not forgetting the TV series she produces (Cocoa Brown, Afia Schwarzenegger) and her self-named mackerel which is equally doing great. Madam clearly holds all the aces.
