The Ghanaian broadcaster shared a meme of an NDC-branded car. The post has a caption: "2012 by this time the NDC was distributing this car on Legon campus. Ironically, none of the male students got one".

Nana Aba shared the post on X account with laughing emojis as her caption to the post triggered a reaction on the app owned by Elon Musk.

The post caught the attention of Joyce Bawah Mogtari who is currently the special aide to the former president of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama.

Joyce Bawah Mogtari is a Ghanaian lawyer and politician who also served as Ghana's Deputy Minister of Transport in the previous NDC government. Commenting on Nana Aba's post, Joyce quizzed Nana Aba over the intention of her post.

"What's the intent? Shame NDC ladies under a disguised tweet because some are being criticised for the silence in the face of today's hardship & poor leadership? This shouldn’t be coming from you, my sister. An avoidable tweet!" she tweeted.

Nana Aba has not responded to Ms Bawah's comment. The post, however, continued to attract mixed reactions as one tweep, in a reply to Ms Bawah said "are you unhappy about your past? I thought you would state that this didn't happen. Attempting to rope in women won't wash."
