A video circulating on social media shows the woman walking in the dress described as disgusting, with a black handbag hanging on her right shoulder, while holding another black designer polythene bag in the left hand.

With her pair ash high-hill shoes, the unnamed lady is seen walking in the streets without minding anybody.
The video has apparently disgusted some social media users, some of whom have condemned her.
