How to prepare shrimp pasta

Pasta

2 Tablespoons olive oil

6 Tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1¼ pounds large shrimp

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning

½ cup parmesan cheese

2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Method

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and 2 add a tablespoon of butter.

Saute onion and garlic until it turns brown.

Add the shrimp, seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.

Add the pasta back to the pot with the remaining butter and parmesan.

Stir continuously until the mixed and butter is melted.

Add the lemon juice before serving and serve while hot.
