Ingredients:
A bowl of leftover rice
Corned beef
3 eggs
1 onion (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 tsp of powdered pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
3 tsp of dark soy sauce
2 tsp of oil

Method:
Put oil and chopped onions into a pan over medium heat until onions turn slightly brown.
Add your eggs and corned beef. Stir until eggs are properly formed and firm.
Add your powdered pepper and bell pepper. Stir well to mix thoroughly.
Pour in your rice. Alternatively add salt and dark soy sauce whilst stirring until desired color and taste is achieved.
Keep stirring for about 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy your Ghanaian fried rice.
