Australia-based aviation website, AirlineRatigs.com, which monitors 450 carriers, ranked international carriers on the quality of their first, business, premium and economy offerings.
According to the ratings, Asian, Middle Eastern and Antipodean carriers seem to be doing the best job as airlines form this region dominated the list.
United States-owned airlines on the other hand were conspicuously absent from the list, European airlines were also largely missing from the list.
Singapore Airlines first class cabin was described as "opulent" and the economy class seats were described as "generous."
Qantas also garnered praise for its "constantly updated" business class and "exceptional seat comfort and space" in premium economy.
