This comes after reports on social media suggested that the Former President has conceded defeat to the NPP flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
He debunked the news while addressing the press on Tuesday evening.
“I state emphatically and firmly that I have not congratulated anybody,” Mr Mahama said.
He added that such claims should be utterly dismissed.
