Ghana international, Kevin-Prince Boatengs Las Palmas were handed a surprising 1-0 home defeat by Real Sociedad on Friday night in the La Liga.

The 29-year-old attacker was selected to be in the middle of the three man attack of the Canaries, yet he failed to find the back of the net to increase his goal tally.

Kevin-Prince Boateng who is now a cult hero at Las Palmas lasted for the entire 90 minutes duration.

Xabier Prieto in the 74th minute scored the lone goal for Real Sociedad to sink the hosts.
