In an interview on Accra-based Rainbow Radio, the musician said this is contrary to accusations that the song was outdoored because of her love for NPP.

She explained that God directed her to write the song for the NPP. She added that she would do same if she is directed by God to produce a song for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) or any other political party.

In 2012 Diana Asamoah launched the ‘Wo Na Ma Yi Wo’ for the NPP. Subsequently, she has been on several NPP campaign platforms to help propagate the party’s message.

In her interview, she mentioned that President Akufo-Addo will take Ghana to the ‘promised land’ as God has revealed to her.

The Tourism Ministry has recently appointed Diana Asamoah as a Tourism Ambassador for Ghana.
